1. Services Offered
We provide professional game development services including (but not limited to):
- Android game design & development
- Multiplayer game integration
- Ad monetization setup (AdMob, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Game testing and Play Store publishing
- Ongoing support and maintenance (if agreed upon)
2. Payments
- All payments must be made as per the agreed milestones.
- Project will only begin after the first payment is received.
- Refunds are not applicable once the project has started and development has begun.
3. Delivery & Revisions
- Estimated delivery timelines will be discussed before the project begins.
- Minor revisions are included after delivery, based on the agreed scope.
- Major revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide complete and clear requirements before development begins.
- Delays in communication or content provision may affect the project timeline.
- Source files or login credentials provided by the client must be accurate and working.
5. Intellectual Property
- Final ownership of the project assets will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
- We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless NDA is requested.
6. Confidentiality
We respect client privacy. All information shared with us during the project will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from misuse of the game, third-party tools, platform bans, or user-side errors after delivery.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any project if:
- The client is unresponsive for 10+ business days.
- There is a breach of communication, behavior, or payment terms.
